Insuffisance rénale et proteinurie massive

Mon père a 78 ans ,sans antécédents particulièrs type HTA ou diabète ,hormis une hypothyroidie sous traitement. Ça fait 6mois a présenté une hematurie macroscopique bilan renal : creat à 19mg/l puis la fonction commence a s'aggraver rapidement avec proteinurie massive à 8g/l .hematurie microscopique, HTA.creat ce jour 30mg/l urée a0,95g/l
