The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for growing new business in existing and new geographies. They are able to strategize and implement tactics that attract new business accounts. They report and coordinate with executive management to reach out to potential clients and engage them through powerful content and marketing collateral.
Job Requirements
The right candidate
- Should have at least 2+ years’ experience in Business Management Consulting, Quantitative Investment, Marketing or Strategy
- Should be a structured thinker and is comfortable in highly quantitative and or technical business settings
- Should have a proven interest in Marketing and Analytics. engineering and Quantitative Education is a plus
- experience or Knowledge of Programmatic Marketing, Inbound lead generation and in sales is a plus
- Familiarity with Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Segment, Marketing automation tools is a plus
- Familiarity with scripts and libraries: Javascript, sql, python,pandas and spark is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the execution of the lead generation strategy of Med.tn across its geographies
- Own Med.tn inbound strategy including content strategy across business lines, define, and monitor KPIs
- Coordinate the creation of content such as white papers, research, reports, blog posts
- Monitor Med.tn’s lead Generation funnel, implement tactics for converting traffic into leads
- Analyze marketing effort return, optimize content, campaigns and technology to increase the volume of leads while keeping cost of customer acquisition within the desired brackets
- Work with sales to qualify prospects and initiate engagement via telephone and mass email communication
- Track all results and create a clear reporting system for management
- Ensure new business goals are met monthly
