Lymphoscintigraphy is an imaging technique in nuclear medicine that assesses lymphatic drainage from the lower or upper limbs.
Main Indication:
-Affirm the lymphatic origin of edema when it appears or intermittent edema. E-tiological orientation in front of lymphedema (agenesis or dysplasia).
-To detect a state of predisposition to a lymphatic pathology not decompensated clinically.
-Assessment of variations in distal lymphatic function under treatment (decongestant physiotherapy, lymphagoglycosides, surgery).
