- evaluation of the extension to the renal arteries of an aortic pathology (aneurysm, dissection)
- assessment of kidney trauma
- renal tumor (second-line, mainly to specify and guide a surgical tactic).
- revascularization surgery
- endovascular therapy - type of renal artery angioplasty or embolization - aimed at devascularization.
- evaluation of vascularities, vascular malformations (in particular arteriovenous fistulas).
- hematuria with a negative preliminary assessment
