Breast augmentation by injection in Marrakech

This technique consists of removing the fat by liposuction in the areas where it is in excess and reinjecting it into the breasts. The reinjected or grafted fat must first be purified by centrifugation, filtration or decantation. All the steps take place during the same procedure (sampling, purification, re-injection). Some of the reinjected fat will disappear during the first months after the operation, so that the level of fat that persists varies between 50 and 70%. This means that more fat must be re-injected than is theoretically necessary to achieve the desired volume.
